Please review these terms before placing an order with Soccer Xpress. Submitting a quote or order request confirms that you accept them.
Order Terms
- Custom Designs: If you upload your own design instead of choosing from our catalogue, a non-refundable custom design fee of $15,000 JMD applies before work begins. A mockup must be generated for the printing machine and approved before production.
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to initiate production.
- Final Payment: Final payment is due upon order completion.
- Refund Policy: Orders are non-refundable once production begins.
- Pickup Times: Pickup times may vary based on the size and complexity of the order.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring design files are print-ready.
- Delivery Method: Pickup only. Delivery is not available.
Turnaround Times
Timelines below are in working days and start once your deposit is received and artwork is approved. Once production begins, no changes, modifications, or additions can be made to an order.
Sublimation: 15 working days
- Days 1–5: A mockup of your jersey design is created and emailed for approval. Any required adjustments are made and resent for final approval.
- Days 6–10: A test print is done on material and sent by email for your approval to confirm colour accuracy.
- Days 10–15: Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made at this stage.
Screen Printing: 7–10 working days
- Days 1–3: Artwork is prepared for the screen-burning process.
- Days 4–5: Screens are burned for printing. Artwork changes or cancellations at this stage incur a charge for screen burning.
- Day 6: A test print is done and a picture is sent for approval.
- Days 7–10: Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made after this.
Embroidery: 7–10 working days
- Days 1–3: Artwork is digitised for stitching.
- Days 4–5: A stitch-out is completed and a picture is sent for your approval.
- Days 6–10: Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made at this stage.
Order Completion
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification and a phone call. Final payment (bank transfer, or cash/card in office) is required before your order can be released for pickup.
